"Why is Ed Asakura the right agent for me?"

Good question.

The Personal Difference
Buying a home is hugely emotional and I understand that. Together we will talk about what your future plans are and what is best for you and your family. Maybe you need a bathroom for each person, because no one likes sharing in the morning; You always wanted that outdoor patio and grill to host dinners; It needs to be near shopping, dining and entertaining, so that relaxation is never far away. Or maybe it's all of the above, we will figure that out and I will do everything I can to make this whole process as smooth and easy as possible.

Your Time is Valuable
Buying or selling a home is a big undertaking and sometimes comes with quite a few problems to solve. This is when having an agent comes in handy. You have a job, whether that is going to the office, running your own business or raising your children, you have something that demands your time and energy. After a long day, you don't want to worry about making phone calls or posting listings-That's my job. Let me advertise your home, oversee inspections and handle the paperwork.

My story

I was born in Granada Hills and raised in Alhambra. I attended Cal State L.A. and studied graphic design, which I still do from time to time. Right now I'm actually designing some greeting cards. I've always worked in customer service in some way, my first job was at a Sav-on in Alhambra as a 1-hour Photo Technician (Remember those days?!). I spent quite a few years working in the Cal State L.A. Cashier's Office, helping people with any problems they had while they were in school. Then through my best friend, I found out about the world of real estate, first through appraising and then sales.

I love meeting people and helping them in any way I can. Over the years, I have always found jobs where I've been able to work with the public. In each vocation, my responsibilities have grown in importance to the point where I am lucky enough to help people find homes for their families.
